Window Approach Workshop

 
Since its launch, the Journal of Hearing Science has been promoted during the Window Approach Workshop (WAW) - international training workshops in the treatment of partial deafness with hearing implants (PDT). This popular series addresses otosurgeons and audiologists worldwide who want to expand their knowledge and practical skills in hearing implants, particularly the original PDT method developed and popularised by Prof. Henryk Skarżyński – the author of this program.

Window Approach Workshops have been organized since 2007 in the World Hearing Center in Kajetany by the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing and the Institute of Sensory Organs. It had 75 editions until the present day.
